The lettings by Richard Hayward Properties mean that there are just three units still available at the Business Park, with 35 units taken.
Thompsons Direction Drilling will take occupation of Unit 18 (2600 sq ft) on 12 January, South Wales Care Sales Ltd has taken Unit 14 (2600 sq ft) and Unit 3 (1300 sq ft) has been let on a private basis, starting earlier this month.
